Jessop Park is a unique project brought to life by developer Keepmoat. Our task at GeoDrill was to implement a groundbreaking GSHP (Ground Source Heat Pump) scheme, involving the installation of clean energy boreholes to support 350 new build dwellings.
GeoDrill had to navigate through challenging geological formations, including clays, mudstone, and sandstones. By expertly casing off the upper layers at a depth of approximately 45 meters below ground level, we not only overcame this challenge but also achieved remarkable production rates.
Our skilled drill crews consistently exceeded expectations, completing more than one borehole installation per day and achieving a remarkable total of over 900 meters per week. Jessop Park is a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence in clean energy solutions.
